We provide care with supervision, partial assist, to full assist with all activities of daily living such as grooming/personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, toileting/incontinence care, and feeding. We also provide medication management including storage and administration.

Hospice Care
We understand that the end of life can be a challenging and difficult time. We provide and partner with hospice services to help make your loved ones comfortable and cared for in their last days.

Overnight Care
We have staff on-site 24 hours a day. Assistance is provided with any care needs that arise during sleeping hours.

Activities
We encourage and tailor activities based off of personal interests as well as strengths and abilities. We offer a variety of activities including games, puzzles, arts and crafts, gardening, outdoor lounging, tailored exercise and mobility, and pet therapy with our very own chickens!

Amenities
We offer 2 private bedrooms and one full bath. All rooms are set up with a TV, cable, and Wi-Fi services. Telephone available upon request. Outdoor area is wheelchair accessible. Full bath is handicap accessible. Staff is on-site 24 hours a day. We also provide daily housekeeping, laundering and linen services, home-cooked meals, as well as snacks and beverages.
